The Japanese file was in progress.

It hasn't progressed for 3 months and I haven't contacted and got any comments.
Therefore, I am recreating it from scratch.

At this stage, translation work is still in progress. I posted it in issues so you can find it and help with the translation.
Share information: Code jp is the country of Japan.
The language Japanese is ja. The description is ja-JP.
I see this mistake in other projects as well.
Almost direct translation completed.
Some texts cannot be translated directly from English to Japanese, so some adjustments are required while operating Publii.
Reviews will take a very long time as there are few Japanese reviewers.
On the other hand, the text can be updated easily. I think it's okay to reflect it once.
