Choose card profile should select correct one while unavailable are hidden

Seems like that #35 introduces a bug, namely that choosing a card profile does also count the inactive ones (guess by index) such that if one chooses that third visible / available one actually the third one of all is selected.
If you need more information, don't hesitate to ask.
