Stream audio from PC to phone

My bluetooth earbuds works better on my phone and because of that I wish if possible to stream audio from my PC to phone. Nowadays smartphones are better than PC to use as webcam because of video quality which includes to be suitable to exclusive listening and speaking device.
Cursor switching between displays like barrier would be a plus if possible.
Also, that new testing feature for scrcpy -KM --no-audio --no-video is awesome to use through wifi debuging, thanks!
