[FeatureRequest] Add option to IP address block using UI

It is hard to download from websites like https://lite.ip2location.com/ for many countries then move it to phone and add them.
Would be nice to automatically download and update IP lists using UI.

Settings > Tor Settings > optional toggle on or off > list of countries available in following options :-
- Exclude Exit Nodes
- Exit Nodes
- Exclude Nodes
