Current behavior
on using [editable]="true" in the tag-input, not able to edit the added chips only on safari and IOS mobile (chrome, safari)
on double click the chip goes into faded state, but the cursor is not present, not able to edit the chip

Expected behavior
we should be able to edit the chips on safari and IOS mobile

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions (if applicable)
