Simple python tutorial on colour detection upon uploading of an image

Run the code as follows:

open cmd or powershell from current project folder. Ensure the image is in the same folder as the python file.

Run the project from the cmd and caption the image as follows:

eg python colour_detection.py -i 'your image'
