After merge IPv6, naming lookup not run in multi-threads.

I am running the new Linux server with IPv6 support( #394 ), when lot of concurrent users connected, the single core CPU consume about 90% to 100%, Because the thread in Linux not working.

Found Issue, the consuming CPU cause by Ghosting objects, I have about 80 concurrent players ghost object about > 6400 objects. And my VPS server CPU can't hold each processing all ghost in server, I try to use remote command instead, the problem was solved.
