Build a Binary Ninja plugin interface

Binary Ninja is a very good reverse engineering tool that some of the other teams on the program are using. Adding a UI to invoke pate on two binaries (and set appropriate options) would be straightforward and a really nice way to integrate. We may even be able to provide some bidirectional interaction (e.g., overlaying results in the UI).
