Create a memory card game, built using the React framework, utilizing functional components and more advanced React Hooks.
- React's useReducer hook, to handle the game's logic processing, for updating the users' scores.
- React's useEffect hook, to incorporate the shuffling of cards functionality, within the game (only triggering whenever the user's score changes).
