Exiting to title screen doesn't reset coins

Describe the bug
After collecting a coin, the coin does not reappear if the room is reloaded. Unfortunately, reloading the room by quitting to title and restarting the game is no exception.
To Reproduce
- Collect any coin.
- Quit to title via the pause menu.
- Begin game.
- Attempt to collect the same coin.
Expected behavior
Quitting to title clears all data from the current play session, including which coins have been collected.
