Music thumbnail not updating in phone

Describe the bug
Sometimes when I play the music from my laptop and use my phone to stop the music, the thumbnail of the music isn't being updated. What I mean is that on the phone the music thumbnail is of music I played previously. So I thought the music thumbnail was being cached so I cleared the cache of KDE Connect on the phone.
I don't know if this is where I should put this but the music thumbnail not updating was really annoying.
Steps to reproduce
- Play music on the laptop with gsconnect installed.
- Check notifications on the phone which connected to the laptop
- Check the music thumbnail
- Change the music on the laptop
- Music thumbnail not changed to new music being played
