self-intersection errors

Hi! :-)

I am playing with the maps, and there are self-intersection errors (some polygons are not "correctly" closed), at least in 4 of the models (all but Seton and Rodinia, but I did not completely check them)

We can "clean" this after downloading the maps, but maybe you would like to check this also.
