RGP capture files from a steam deck can not be opened.

I set up SteamOS devkit client and updated all the components of it.
I got RGP capture file of Resident Evil RE2 through the SteamOS devkit client but RGP show a dialogue "The profile could not be loaded"

The log file in %APPDATA%/RadeonGPUProfiler/rgp_log_file.txt contains only the following lines:

RgpProfileManager::OpenProfile C:\Users\***\Downloads\RGP\re2_2023.04.10_18.22.34.rgp
RgpProfileManager::OnProfileLoadComplete
Unable to initialize the data set.

Please note that I use RGP on windows11 22H2

Does AMD members have any ideas about it?
