AMD is currently working on a DLSS competitor.
DLSS is a kind of video super resolution I believe.
Paperswithcode.com is not widely known but allow you to see what is the current state of the art in a given task. I hope that your competitor will be the new state of the art, by reusing the existing state of the art that you can find here:
