Infimum no longer loads due to GH-1859

Current behaviour
The infimum endpoint in the JavaScript is incorrectly set with /en or /nl. With the changes from GH-1859 this is no longer allowed.
Desired behaviour
Should use /api as root.
Steps to reproduce
Go to https://gewis.nl while logged in and observe that "Unable to retrieve infimum." is always displayed. Inspecting the network requests shows a 404 (as expected).
