Add expiration to Glide generated images

Expiration parameter on Glide that allows one day usage of generated links.
Why is this needed?
Prevents links from being accessible till the end of the universe (or the internet, whichever is shorter).

While we are doing this, we should also change the md5 for the signature creation to something more secure like sha3-224.
