Installer .msi link installs something other than GYB

New to GYB and following the Wiki to install. Something weird about the linked msi.
Install GYB Quickly > Windows Users > The Installer can be downloaded here

The displayed URL doesn't resolve:

But the weird part is the underlying URL (https://qsdownloads.com/Setup/) downloaded Setup13.2.msi which seems to be something called NovaPDF, although the .msi has no interface so it's 'troubling'.

Is the Wiki messed up or am I missing something?

Confirmed that the Wiki is publically editabe. Also confirmed that links have been replaced with links to download powershell trojans. DO NOT TRUST the links in the Wiki page.

Sigh, this is why we can't have nice things.

I've disabled public Wiki editing now.

I believe all links are now correctly pointing at GYB GitHub downloads but if you notice anything broken lmk.

Edits to wiki pages will now need to go through me (which means slower, sadly)
