Changing the Filter to a shorter value then the current filter leaves text from the longer filter on the screen.

Example: create a filter "filter*.atr".
Change it to "x.atr", you'll still see something like "x.atrr*.atr" on the screen (everything after 'x.atr' is from the original filter).
Current config behavior: cursor starts at end of the current filter. This version is starting at the 1st character.
Fixed with above commit.
