There are many hooks currently located in a private package in fuels-portal that could be reused in other apps that interact with the fuel wallet, for example sway-playground. We should publish this package to make it widely available.
From @luizstacio: copy it too here, change package name, and remove private from package.json
Discussed offline: we'll name it @fuel-wallet/react and put the package in https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-wallet instead.
