[UX issue] Swiping on playback makes it to easy to change chapters

Issue Title
Since there are on-screen controls, having swipe controls to go to previous/next chapters is redundant and a liability. If you’re carrying the iPad/iPhone and swipe even a little bit, it will go to the next track.
Steps to Reproduce
- Play a video.
- Swipe left or right.
Actual and Expected Result
Expected Result
Swiping between chapters is protected. Without on-screen controls, swiping should not do anything. With on-screen controls visible, up to you.
