Context

According to the constitution, recalls can only happen 2 years after MPs are sworn in. Its about 81 days to that date (8th September, 2024)

Display a countdown, even as other dev and admin work continues, for when the recall service will be available to the public
Display this countdown on the landing page till 8th September 2024

There should also be a page for fund raising

MP recall is 30k
MCA recall is 15k

The signatures also have to come from the constituents of the MP being recalled and need to be from multiple wards. The verification used when getting the signatures should accommodate the conditions to improve chances of success.

the contribution should be an issue by it's own. @calebkiage I think the contribution is a feature by it's self and there need be one issue specifically for it .
