E.get(...) is null (blank admin screen, no UI buttons)

Bug Report
Current Behavior
Not sure when it changed, but noticed I could not see the reactions on post. So I went to the admin page for the extension and found it blank, throwing a similar console error to frontend which shows no reply buttons and is on the fritz.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin dashboard
- Click on 'extensions'
- Scroll down to 'fof/reactions', open it
- See blank page
Expected Behavior
Able to enable/disable, configure, able to add reactions tpo posts

Possible solution(s)
Additional Context
Can't disable via UI but I removed via composer and all the frontend issues & errors went away. Perhaps a theme conflict?
I believe this to now be resolved with the latest release, therefore I will close. Please re-open if it's still an issue.
