moving the port names back to above the commit message

I would be in favour of both - having the port names in a more prominent position would make scanning easier and a short description is useful when learning about new ports (saves a click)

This is the older stuff, from a few weeks back
This is what we have in production now.
This is what we have now at https://www.freshports.org/date.php?date=2023/12/25 (search for Update to 2.8.0)
An additional idea, not yet developed:
- take the list of ports, version, description
- put them into a table
- this would align each of those items into columns, making it easier to read/scan
