steps to reproduce
- disconnect battery
- press power-on button
- observe problem

It seems like nothing works
- H1: without a battery ogre might not have any power at all
suggestions
- T1-1: try to reproduce with battery connected but one without charge
workaround
Ensure a battery is always connected.
Oh, and BTW: this is only a test ticket ;-)
