Dump shader text files like 3dmigoto

Is it possible to dump the shader txt files like 3dmigoto and modify them in realtime?
The toggler needs a shader decompiler and recompiler for that to happen, and it doesn't work like 3dmigoto which replaced shaders, so that's better suited for an addon for reshade that replaces shaders
