Hospitalization data - from PA's site

Hi, Franklin,
I'm grateful for this presentation of the Covid data. Especially now.
I notice today there is a great jump in cumulative hospitalization : 70.
Far more than recently. Do you think this is a correct data point? Scary.
But looking on the PA Covid site,
https://data.pa.gov/Covid-19/COVID-19-Aggregate-Hospitalizations-Current-Daily-/kayn-sjhx
I did the download and the hospitalization figures for Allegheny County are far higher.
And increasing but not with a sudden jump.

Data dumps are known to happen now and then from the official Allegheny County emails. That's why I pay more attention to the daily-average trends than any one day of numbers. The real numbers should in principle be proportional to the case numbers, delayed.
