Add MVTecAD dataset

Add the MVTecAD dataset (https://www.mvtec.com/company/research/datasets/mvtec-ad) or a reference or downloading script for it to the repo.

Align it with the rest of the code so experiments are easy to initiate (a dataloader or something similar)
