Support ~/.config

It would be nice to put the settings file into ~/.config/sharenix/sharenix.json or find another filename that fits.

But I prefer not having too many files in my home directory and XDG recommends the .config folder for this type of file. https://specifications.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html
