1.5 ETHOS enhancement: Choose to make sensor data persistent

It would be nice especially for user calculated sensors to make those values persistent in the same way that timer data can be made persistent.

Speaking particularly for my FrSky G-series receivers: receiver voltage, RSSI, etc. all work great, but altitude defaults to some random value at Tx startup that is not the last altitude or zero, and calculated sensors may not want to be reset every time the radio is powered off or the active model is switched.
