Reset factory settings

Add in the firmware (Radio / Information) a way to reset the radio to its factory settings:
Confirmation needed, then:
- remove radio.bin
- remove the models folder
- remove the scripts folder
- remove the screenshots folder
- remove the logs folder
- reboot the radio
