Feature description

There is a setting to block calls from unknown numbers. The request is to add a subsetting that allows the call to go through if they call X times in Y minutes.

Why do you want this feature?

Blocking all unknown calls blindly can backfire in emergency situations where someone you know needs to get in touch with you via someone else's phone. Or there's some other important communication from your bank or work and you don't have their number stored in. My idea is that if the same unknown number calls say twice in 5 mins, they're likely legit and trying to get in touch (spammers usually move on after a single call).

Both X and Y should be user decidable.
