[request] feature to silence calls not in contacts

the already existing feature to block calls not in contacts works well
I however wanted to request a feature similar, that silences calls not in contacts
this feature has been implemented in another open source app and I'd like to draw your attention to it
not in contacts phone rings instead of blocks

Why do you want this feature?
this helps when you don't want the caller to fwwl you have blocked their number, they just feel you are busy and have not pucked up the phone
it allows for us to make an excuse after looking at the number and calling back if the number is important
