[Feature request] Add option to lock Home screen

Feature description
Option in settting to lock all pages, icons in Home screen from moving, deleting (pages)
Why do you want this feature?
Placing icon, folders etc. how I like is work and I dont want to loose it, because of some mistake or pocket mistake (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocket_dialing) etc.
