Easier controls for video player

The video player should have buttons for seeking forward and backward in the video. A dedicated scrubber and volume slider are also nice-to-haves. The audio player already has this.
I tried adding the scrubber, but it's too complicated. The scrubber gets out of sync with the video and I can't get it to synchronize.
