Sneak-Clicking with Field Kit on Flowers does not work

Exactly what title says. Code is there, but this does not actually work in gameplay.
been plagued by this same issue in 1.12.2 (version 2.5.1.205) for a while now. Far as I can tell, it seems to that the whole pollen system for flowers is busted, though I can't figure out where or why...
Not too sure what the issue is here, the field kit is not meant to be used on blocks and instead takes flowers as items in its GUI unless I'm mistaken?
Apologies, I've been struck by poor reading comprehension once again. I totally misunderstood what this issue was about, that's completely my bad. You can just disregard what I mentioned.
