JEI Misrepresenting Fruit Press output?

(Playing inside of Dungeons Dragons & Space Shuttles [DDSS] v6.3)

Following JEI's yields for various fruits being pressed in the Fruit Press appears to be misrepresented. Here is an example:

I am pressing Apples for Apple Juice, and according to JEI:

And to verify my tank's fluid level:

I'll put one apple into the press and then look at tank's new level:

Something's not adding up, or am I missing something else? Thanks in advance!
