Could you please elaborate? Are you suggesting we implement all of the features e.g. for "Core Client" or "Advanced Client" and put a corresponding notice somewhere into the docs?

Yes it is the minimum XEPs to have.
You can start with "Core Client", and add for be "Advanved Client".
Of course there are other XEPs...
