members-only, bookmarked MUC is left in some circumstance

I do have a members-only, persistent MUC that I own on my server. Kaiwa sometimes (did not figure it when exactly) throws me out of this MUC and since it is a members-only MUC I can't join again. Apparently, Kaiwa not just leaves the MUC but also deletes me from the members and / or owner list.
I can only re-join the room if I login with an admin account and add me back to the list.
Need to see XMPP log
Server or Kaiwa? Do I get the Kaiwa log with localStorage.debug = true?
Better to investigate both. The most strange problem is - kaiwa does not implement muc moderator use cases, so it is very strange to see this issue
