L4D2 Maps have weird "anomalies"

L4D2 map's are weird right now. Seems props are un-yoinkable unless they're physics/dynamic. But then also, some static props ARE yoinkable? Brushes are 100% fine and so are displacements, just seems to be props.

Another bug I found was some L4D2 maps have an issue where it will choose a random prop on the map and then HAUNT the map with this prop. On Cold Stream when playing with friends, we had moments where we'd be finding railings, windows, or entire cars outside the bounds of the map or just in the sky. All in the same spot, or very close proximity.
