Outlook size of windows changing all time

When i try to open window for some email in separate page, it just sometimes open on 1 screen, other times open on 2 screen. Lots of times completly freeze as size of windows go over 2 screen. I try to get "Multion" to false, it is better, but still lots of issues with window opening and resizing.
