Unable to resize windows or snap them to corners and dock unusable except in Activities view.

Hey, I have been using the app primarily to run Office 365 suit. It runs beautifully and makes my shift to Linux really easy, there is just one small hiccup.
I am unable to snap the windows to the edges of the screen or resize them.
Also when the VM is running, I am unable to use my dock without entering into Applications view (using the dash to dock extension on Zorin OS 16.1)

Hope there are some workarounds.

There's an open issue for the Dash to Dock problem here.
