Issue description:
Editor ignores scale settings of Windows

Steps to reproduce:
Require 2 monitors.

1. Set the main monitor at 100% scale
2. Set the second monitor at a different scale
3. Launch Flax
   Notice that the window didn't scale (and most importantly text)
   

Minimal reproduction project:
None
