High amount of Debug logs reduces performance

Issue description:

When there is huge amount of logs the Debugger window is slowing down whole editor. If the window is not visible (active) performance goes back to normal

Steps to reproduce:

Create huge amount of text reach logs

Flax version:

0.3.6176
