[Feature Request] Protocol handler should work when the Launcher is closed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, if the Launcher is not already open, the new flashpoint:// protocol links start the Launcher hidden as background process (that you can see in Task Manager) and don't do anything else.

Describe the solution you'd like
flashpoint:// protocol links should open the Launcher window if it's not open already, then select/launch the game like they normally do when the Launcher is open.
