Allowing Time of Publication within Release Date.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Multiple websites, on top of showcasing the date an item was released, also showcase the time of that date in which the game or animation was uploaded. Larger sites that do this include Newgrounds, DeviantArt, and Itch. Currently adding the time of release is not supported by the curation format.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose allowing for the time to be added to the Release Date as it appears in GMT/UTC, the same way in which the "Date Added" and "Date Modified" fields are shown. Not only will this make release dates more accurate, it also gets rid of the issue where release dates are only accurate in terms of the curator adding the item to the db and their time zone.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative would likely be to have separate boxes for each portion of the release date, as is sometimes seen when making a new account on a website.
