[BUG] Restarting the launcher re-orders the curations in the Curation tab

Describe the bug
The order of the curations in the curation tab can change when the launcher is restarted. This is confusing and frustrating for curators!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download and extract all the folders in the attachment working.zip into folder Curations\Working in Flashpoint main directory
  2. Launch Flashpoint.exe
  3. Go to Curate-tab, see order in the left sidebar
  4. Click on the button "Sort Curations" at the top of the left sidebar in the Crurate-tab
  5. Close Flashpoint.exe and start it again
  6. Go to Curate-tab, see order in the left sidebar, order should now have changed.

Expected behavior
Order not changing randomly, they should appear in the order they were created.
