Drag-and-drop functionality for importing existing curation

Curators want an easy way to import a large set of curations from the desktop with drag-n-drop.
Describe the solution you'd like
If you drag a curated game's archive onto the Launcher window, it should ask if you want to import (to the main collection) or load it (as a new entry under the Curate tab).
