in "Spectrum" no matter what i set the band levels to it always sets them to -12???

its also doing it in the -12 to 12s in stereo eq it just acts like im sending 0 even though im not im sending 12 it should be displaying as +-0 on the unit not -12

also, pan and level are 15H and 16H (19 and 20)
