Labeling of dataset

Hi,

I've made an attempt to convert and label the dataset as a neo4j database as a part of my thesis. It probably is not labeled correctly but it could a good start for others. I've shared the code on github https://github.com/xyzstudent/labeled_darpa_optc, would you consider having the parsed data on the same google drive so others could find it ?
