Running prettier with precise-commits as pre-commit hook is messing up formatting

For now we've decided to disable this pre-commit hook until we get the chance to configure precise-commits / prettier better.

In the meantime, I recommend installing a prettier plugin for your editor so that you can run prettier when you choose: https://prettier.io/docs/en/editors.html
